Prestashop SMS Notification - Prestashop SMS Notification module allows admin to send order status notifications to their buyers via SMS. The buyers will get notifications about their order status i.e. order placed, order cancellation, dispatch details about shipment and delivery etc.
Prestashop SMS Notification Features -
- Admin selects whether to send the SMS notification on the billing address number or the delivery address number.
- Admin can add prefix to customer mobile number.
- Admin has option to enable/disable order confirmation SMS.
- Admin can customise the order confirmation message.
- Admin can enable/disable order status update SMS.
- Admin can customise the order status message.
- Admin also has the option to select order status for which SMS notifications would be sent.
- Admin can enable/disable order tracking number SMS notification.
- Admin can customise the order tracking message.
- Admin also has the option to add all the SMS notification messages in different languages.
- The buyer will be notified as the order gets placed and when admin updates the status.
- The buyer will receive notification if the order gets cancelled.
- The buyer will receive notification about the order dispatch.
- The buyer will be notified about the shipment details.
- The buyer will be notified about the delivery details.
Integrated SMS Providers-
By default there are seven SMS service providers available in this module.
Admin needs to create/register an account with whichever SMS provider they wish to use and then have to configure the marketplace SMS notification module with the required credentials.
Note : Any subscription fees applicable with the SMS service provider will be paid by the admin.

I use many Webkul modules on my Prestashop ecommerce site. Most of them are great for me as-is and I think they are excellent additions to my site. Where I think Webkul excels is that when their product isn't an exact fit for your need, they are willing to work with you to make it exactly as you'd like. I started with one of their modules, which was great, but I needed a lot more. I've done the work slowly over time, as it's a big investment for me, and I need to test every iteration myself.
I'm not an easy customer to please, and I've had a few issues over the development cycle, but I feel that is normal and to be expected, and it is more how they handle the issues (as opposed to just not being happy that issues happen - it's life...)

Merci beaucoup pour l'assistance de la part du support, pour les jours qui ont suivis l'achat du module. j'utilise Sendinblue pour l'achat des crédit SMS. C'est un vrai plus dans la qualité du service proposé. Le client n'a plus besoin de consulter ses mails pour connaitre l'avancement de sa commande. C'est top !
