Offer various benefits to customers
Let's say that you want to provide offers to your customers. But, you want to restrict this offer to customers belonging to a certain age group. For that, you have created customer groups in a way that the groups signify the customers belonging to a certain age group.
Suppose you have created three customer groups to bifurcate customers on the basis of age. Those groups are namely:
- Teens
- Adults
- Senior Citizen
You have also provided information on the age range on which all the above three will be identified. Now, at the time of registration, your customer can easily select a group on the basis of their age. In turn, this will help you in providing offers limited to a certain group.
