PrestaShop Worldpay Payment Gateway - The module allows merchants to offer their customers a new payment mode i.e., Worldpay payment to pay for their order.

An effective & online payment method reducing the risk of fraud is very necessary on any eCommerce website. Generally, any budding or successful eCommerce website handles a large volume of transactions daily on their website.

Hence it becomes even more important to provide a payment mode that can easily handle such load. Currently, the Worldpay is handling 26 million transactions, so there is no doubt that it will be having any problem handling large transaction volume on your website.

Apart from the above, the module also offers refund functionality to the merchants. This makes the process easier & also helps them to manage the transaction & refund data easily.

PrestaShop Worldpay Payment Gateway Features -

A new payment method is available to the buyers while placing an order.
Use this module either in test mode or live mode as per the requirement.
Enter the API keys according to the mode you selected to use the module.
View list of all the orders whose payment is made through Worldpay under “Worldpay Transactions”.
Choose to refund the order amount to the customers.
Either refund the full order amount or partial amount of the order to the customer.
Make the refund with an amount that is less than or equal to the total amount paid by the buyer for the order.
View the refund information under the Worldpay transaction tab.
Customers will be redirected to the Worldpay 3DS page to authenticate the cardholder and complete payment.

Module Configuration -

After successful installation of module admin will have to fill the below details-

Test Service Key
Test Client Key
Live Service Key
Live Client Key

Admin will have the option to select the payment mode that is "Live" or "Test".

Customer End Flow-

Once the module is configured properly, buyers can view the WorldPay payment gateway to make the payment for their orders.
The buyer has to fill the card detail to make the payment via WorldPay Payment Gateway.
Once the customers fill in their card details and pay with Worldpay, they would be redirected to the Worldpay 3DS page.
Once the cardholder is authenticated and a request is submitted the order will be processed and customers would be redirected back to the order confirmation page on the store.

WorldPay Transactions and Refund Option- -

After successful installation of the module a new Tab that is "WorldPay Transaction" will be added in the Back-Office.

After clicking on «Worldpay Transactions», Admin can view the list of all those orders whose payment has been made via Worldpay Payment Gateway.In the transaction list, there will be an option for a refund for each transaction entry. On clicking the Refund tab, Admin gets an option to select the type of refund. Admin has two options to make the refund to the buyer : Full Refund or Partial Refund.
