      Different employees can add their configuration in the calendar and view the Calendar as per their preferences. Admin can delete and edit these configurations.

       Month, Week, and Day View

      Switch between the modes to view the booking details of a month, week, or a particular day.

       Filters and Navigations

      View the details of permitted hotels, then filter the view for a particular room type or room number.

       Drag and Drop

      Drag and Drop the booking bars to change the booking dates in the calendar. Length of stay can also be increased or decreased.

       Create Booking from Calendar

      Every Booking Information on a single interface

      You will get a Calendar on the dashboard which will display all the booking information on a single interface. You can check the details of bookings, how many bookings you have on a date with the number of booked rooms on the date, and other information on a single interface.

      Take Bookings directly from the dashboard

      The calendar added on the dashboard will also allow you to take bookings directly from the dashboard. So if a guest walks in and asks for a booking then you just have to go to the dashboard and create his booking.

      You create the bookings of multiple dates of any room type of permitted hotel by just drag and drop.

      Change booking dates from the calendar

      Booking dates can be changed by the drag and drop on the calendar. So if a guest requests to move his booking to another date range then just pick the booking bar and move it to the desired date range.

      If a guest requests to increase or decrease the length of stay of his booking then that can also be done by altering the length of the booking bar.

      Easy to the user navigation panel

      The navigation panel offers the functionality to view the desired information on the calendar. You have the option to view the details of a particular hotel to a particular room number with the help of few clicks.

      List of checkouts

      The calendar will also give you a list of checkouts for a particular date. The list will have the details of the booking like:

      • Room Number
      • Booking ID
      • Total Amount
      • Due Amount.
