The room search and availability screen allows sellers to select a hotel, check-in and check-out date range, and optionally choose a room type before viewing room availability in a single grid.

• View available, partially booked, booked, and unavailable rooms in one grid.
• Search room availability based on the selected date range and room type.
• Add available rooms directly from the availability grid to the on-desk cart.
• View the number of rooms added along with current room charges and convenience fee totals.
• Reallocate a booking to another available room of the same type when required.
• Swap two already-booked rooms directly from the availability grid without cancelling the booking.

The on-desk cart provides sellers with a clear view of every room added to the booking before checkout. Each cart item includes important room and booking information to help sellers verify the reservation before proceeding to payment.

• View the room image and room type for each selected room.
• Review stay dates and guest occupancy for individual rooms.
• View the per-room price breakdown, including unit price, extra services, and applicable fees.
• Review the total amount for the selected rooms and services.
• Edit guest occupancy directly from the cart before checkout.
• Attach additional services to a room when required.
• Remove rooms from the cart before completing the booking.
• Keep the on-desk cart separate from other activity the seller may have open.

The payment and order summary screen completes the on-desk booking after a customer has been attached to the cart. Sellers can review the booking information, guest address, currency, language, and final payment before confirming the order.

• Cart Language/Currency: Set the language and currency in which the booking is created independently of the seller's own account settings.
• Addresses: Reuse the guest's saved address or add a new address directly from the booking page.
• Order Summary: Review total rooms, convenience fees, taxes, and the final tax-inclusive amount.
• Online Payment: Record the payment using an available online payment method.
• Pay at Hotel: Allow the guest to complete payment at the property.
• Remote Payment: Record a payment received through a remote payment method.
• Collect either the full booking amount or a partial payment at the time of booking.
