QloApps Online Check-in

Under the general configuration, you have the following options:

• Eligibility criteria: Select the guests who are eligible for online check-in.
• Guest notification days: Enter the days after which you want to send notifications to guests regarding their booking updates.
• Repeated emails: Enable to send repeated emails to guests.
• Repeated email time: Select days after which you want to repeat the email.

Moreover, there is a CRON job configuration that uses the link to send automatic emails to guests.

Under the ‘Orders’ tab select the ‘Online check-in form field’ to view the list of fields created that are necessary for the online check-in of guests.

On the top of the right-hand side, there is an option to ‘Add new field’. Click on it to add a new field.

Guests will give details and upload documents for their online check-in. Hence, use this to add a new identity field to gather guest’s information.

• Admin can enable or disable the identity field.
• Select the input type from various options:
• Textbox
• Textarea
• Radio button
• Checkbox
• Dropdown
• Image
• Document File
• Write the label name
• Enable to set the field as required.

• It promotes guests and staff safety as they can comply with social distancing norms.
• It will be convenient for guests to check in online with whatever device they have with them: a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
• They will not need to stand in a queue. Hence, it reduces the check-in rush.
• Online check-in eliminates the need for manual check-in procedures. Hence, staff can emphasize developing customer relationships.
• Use the online check-in to send pre-arrival emails to start connecting with guests before they arrive.
• This pre-arrival engagement will assist you in gathering information about your visitors so that you can make them feel unique when they arrive.
• It is a complementary source of revenue.
