This add-on allows store visitors or registered users to create tickets regarding their queries from the frontend itself. All the tickets can be viewed in the customer account at your storefront under the UVdesk Tickets option available in My Account section. Admin can easily manage the tickets from CS-Cart back-end as well as from the UVdesk portal.

    A ticketing system keeps the Records of previous communications with each customer. This is extremely convenient for the support team, as all the information they need to deal effectively with staff and customers is kept in one convenient location and they can handle it in that place from start to finish.

    Manage Ticket Status

    All the tickets are automatically divided into various statuses for better management. The status of the ticket is kept on changing depending on the ticket event.

    • Open – A new ticket that has arrived and not been assigned to anyone.
    • Pending – A new ticket that has been assigned to someone and reply is pending.
    • Answered – A ticket whose query has been answered and waiting for the user’s reply.
    • Resolved – A ticket where the user is satisfied with the answer to its query.
    • Closed – A ticket that is complete and cannot be reopened by the user.
    • Spam – A ticket that is irrelevant or contains no message.

    Assign Tickets to Agents

    The Merchant/admin can assign a ticket to any other agent for providing quick reply to the customer, please click the Agent Edit icon and then select the agent name from the list. The assigned agent can then reply to the ticket.

    UVDesk is one of the best and simplest support solutions on the market period!

    It's simple to use, packed with features and cheap. You can get a more then decent solution for free (4 users included).
    It looks good, and is packed with good apps (almost all of them free) and it works with most (of not all) E-Commerce packages on the market.

    Even though how good it is, i have a list of improvements.
    1) No Facebook messenger to ticket solution. (a must have in 2019)
    2) No Dark mode. (colors are very very bright.)
    3) No Instagram app (this would be a welcome feature)
    4) No drag&drop, for Tasks for example. Would be great to be able to drag them in DONE
    Or drag an drop apps to the menu. For example, the customers option or the articles
    option. Drag and drop it to the menu on the left
    5) Kanban style view for Tasks.
    6) Option to manually translate fields or make a custom language file
    7) Whilst there is an option to Fetch date from the commerce channel (order numbers for example) this has to be done manually. Saves one step to do this on full auto.

    As a final, the whole Billing Plans setup. I know this is done by everyone else, but i think it would be better to just have ONE plan. A pro license costs $8 per user per month, and a enterprise license $15 per user per month. Do just one package, $ 12 per month for everything. Make things simple.

    When a Facebook messenger option will be integrated we most certainly swap over straight away, because this is an absolute must.

    I was looking for some useful helpdesk or ticketing system and tried lot of them and nothing fit as I would like.Finally I found very interesting system UVDesk ,which can be integrated inside store admin,what is very useful.I got also great and fast support help from Webkul company when I made some mistake in configuration.Highly recommended !!!
