Akeneo Revision History Extension

• The Akeneo Revision History extension saves a history of all users' changes to the product and product model details.
• CVS and XLSX files make it simple to export all modified or changed data.
• With a single click, an admin/user can now export the values they changed.
• This module allows you to choose which user's product history you want to export to a file.

• "Akeneo Revision History" is a module that allows you to export Akeneo's product and variant history data to CSV/ XLSX files.

• The CSV/XLSX file's "File Path" can be added to the export profile to save the downloaded file in that folder.

You can use the data filter feature in the Akeneo Revision History extension to remove information that isn't as important to the user.

According to your requirements, you can filter product data by locale and user. You can select which user and locals you want to export as a CSV or XLSX file.

• Locales - To export the product as a CSV and XLSX file, you can choose from a number of locales such as English, German, and France.
• Select User - Select the user whose product history data you want to export in this section.

With this module, you can use Family, Time condition, identifier, and Category to filter products from Akeneo to CSV and XLSX files. Only essential products can be exported from Akeneo to CSV and XLSX.

• Family - Similar products can be found by selecting a product family.
• Time Condition - You can filter the product by using time. If you altered a product in Akeneo in the last hour, for example, you can select the time condition - updated product since this hour. Product categories and subcategories can be used to filter the product.
• Category - The product can be filtered by product category and sub-categories.
• Identifier - Users can filter by product name or SKU.

• In Akeneo Version 7, SKU is no longer mandatory to create a product and now UUID is the new product identifier. (CE, EE).
