Description
Magento Product Return RMA -Product Return RMA module allows the admin to set up Return Merchandise Authorization in the store. The customers can create RMA request for returning the products. The admin can create shipping labels for return products including a bar-code. The user can select the return reason, print shipping label, and prefer resolution type as refund or return. The admin can manage RMA requests using different status - pending, processing, canceled, declined, solved.
Magento RMA Exchange (Add-on) - Please check out RMA Exchange (Add-on) module, which allows the customer to choose the exchange product for the RMA. The admin can define what products will be available for the RMA exchange.
