Magento RMA Exchange - Magento RMA Exchange module allows the customer/guest user to exchange their product as per their choice which is assigned by the admin from the back end.
Important Note - For using Magento RMA Exchange module you need to install Magento Product Return RMA extension first. After installing Magento Product Return RMA, you can start the installation of Magento RMA Exchange add-on.
Magento RMA Exchange Features -
- The Customer can exchange their products according to their requirement.
- Admin can assign the exchange product for requested RMA items.
- Admin can see the exchange product under RMA details.
- The guest user can also exchange their products according to their choice.
- The Customer/guest user can see the exchange product under RMA details.
Create A New RMA Exchange (Customer End View):
At the time of return request when the customer will select the resolution type as the exchange, the customer can see all the exchangeable product list that can exchange with ordered item. Here the customer can:
- Select the condition of the package as open or packed.
- Upload the images of the product that was delivered.
- Fill additional information or comments for the exchanging of the product.
- Select the product that the customer wants to create exchange request.
Add Exchangeable Product:
In the edit product section or add new product section, the admin can add the multiple exchange products for a particular product.
- The admin can select only same price product for exchange product.
- Only the product added in exchange product tab from the admin will only be available for the customer at the time of exchange.
Item Requested for RMA (Admin End View):
When an RMA exchange request arrived at admin's end, the admin can view the package condition, additional information, exchange product name, and image. Here the admin can:
- Send the message to the buyer.
- Send the shipping label for use to return the product.
