Odoo Team Incident Management:  Promotes Quick documentation and apt resolution of issues or incidents between team members and employees.

Document small or big team incidents using Odoo and reported to all the concerned people at once. Use Odoo to improve the team environment.

The team member can fill the team incident form in Odoo so it is taken care of at the earliest by the appropriate people.

The module works in conjunction with Odoo Project Advance Team Management Module to enable team creations and managing members’ access level.

Odoo Project Advance Team Management Module needs to be installed first for Odoo Team Incident Management to work properly.

Please Note: This module is dependent on Odoo Project Advance Team Management Module. The latter acts as the framework module to provide the structure to manage teams in Odoo. The base module needs to be installed first for Odoo Team Incident Management Module to work properly.

 Odoo Team Incident Management Features

 Document Team related Incidents & Issues in Odoo

  • Proper Documentation space for Employee concerns.
  • Allows the team members to report team issues and Incidents using Odoo.
  • The reported issue is visible to included and appropriate members.

 Team Incident Menu In Odoo

  • View the records in a separate Team Incidents Menu in Odoo.
  • Other concerned members can be added to the incident as Followers.

 Create Incident Types

  • Create incident types so the team member can choose the topic accordingly.
  • A number of incident types can be created based on various priority.

 Give Access of reported Incident to appropriate people

  • The users marked as team managers are added followers automatically to every raised incident.
  • The team leaders are automatically added as followers to the incident raised by their team members.
  • Other users can be added as followers to the incident record manually.
  • Once dealt with, the issue is marked as Resolved by the Team Leader/Manager.

 Allowed Actions on Raised Incident For Various User Types

For Team members with User Level Access

  • They can create the incident in Odoo.
  • Cancel the raised incident.
  • Do not have Access to Mark the Issue as resolved.
  • Can see Only those incidents which are raised by them or they are added as followers

For Team Leaders

  • Create Team Incidents In Odoo.
  • Cancel the Raised incident.
  • Can mark the incidents as resolved.
  • By default, they can see all incidents of their assigned team.
  • They can also see the incidents in which they are added as followers.

For Team Manager

  • Is Added as Follower to all the raised Incidents.
  • Can create an incident in Odoo.
  • Cancel the Raised incident.
  • See and Resolve the incidents for all the teams in their department.
