The admin can approve or unapprove any question or answer and can even delete the question from the store backend. This module is very beneficial in clearing doubts of the customer before buying products.

Include Attachment Files

After the module installation, the admin will do the configuration of the module for the proper working of the module. Admin will do the following setting:
- Enter Google reCAPTCHA credentials.
- Set the pagination count.
- Select questions order.
- Show/hide date of the question placed.
- Show/hide author information.
- Set answers order.
- Show/hide date of the answer placed.
Approval Options for Question Answers
The admin can configure various approval settings for asking a question or submitting an answer.

Mail Notifications Settings
The admin can configure various email notifications setings for the customers.
- Mail to admin when question is put up.
- Mail to admin when answer is placed.

Ask Questions Related to Products
After the module configuration customer can see “Ask Question” tab in the product page. Customer have to login (as per the configuration set) before posting any question about the product. After the login, customer can ask their question, and enter verification code and then submit. Customer can get the answers and in return they can ask their question. They can even vote for the answers they like.
