Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication - Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication module allows the buyers and sellers to communicate with each other and keep a record of their communication. In this module, a buyer can send a message to the seller with attachment, and in the same way, sellers can make a reply to the buyer. Also, the admin has the complete record of the seller-buyer communication and admin can reply to the same communication.

Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication is an add-on of the Opencart Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have installed the Webkul Opencart Marketplace Module

Opencart Marketplace Live Chat - You can also use real-time chat Opencart Marketplace Add-on for providing faster communication and responses between the sellers and the customers.

Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication Features -

  • Buyer can send messages directly to the seller.
  • Buyer can add attachments with a message.
  • Sellers can reply to the buyer’s query.
  • A seller can add attachments to the message.
  • Admin can enable/disable the module.
  • Admin has the complete record of the conversation.
  • Admin can reply to seller from existing communication.
  • Admin can reply to the buyer from existing communication.
  • Admin can restrict the messages with specific keywords.
  • Admin can restrict the number of files to be attached with messages.
  • Admin can mention extensions which are allowed in message attachments.
  • Admin can enter the size and quantity of total attached files.
  • Admin can set the maximum number of files which can get attached with a message.
  • Buyer/seller can delete particular message.
  • Buyer/seller can search for messages using a subject keyword.

 Admin Management

Under this section, the admin will be able to-

  • See all the threads of buyer and seller.
  • Communicate with both the buyer and the seller.
  • Attach file for communication with the buyer and the seller.
  • Delete the complete thread of the buyer and the seller.

 Front-End Customer Work-Flow

On the front-end, you will have the following:

  • A buyer can contact the seller from the seller profile page.
  • Buyer can send an attachment to the seller.
  • All communication history will be saved at the customer end.
  • Buyer can also check their sent and deleted messages.

 Configuration of Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication

Admin can configure the opencart marketplace buyer-seller communication module. Here admin can:

  • Set the status of the module as enable/disable.
  • Assign extension of the attachment.
  • Fill the Bcc email.
  • Set a maximum number of the attachment file for the seller and the buyer.
  • Restrict keyword that will not save in communication history.

 Seller Management

A seller can communicate with the buyer with several features. Here the seller can:

  • Check and reply messages to the buyer after clicking on the communication tab.
  • Search the messages through a keyword.
  • Send an attachment to the buyer.
  • Delete the message and deleted message will go in trash tab.
