Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication - Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication module allows the buyers and sellers to communicate with each other and keep a record of their communication. In this module, a buyer can send a message to the seller with an attachment, and in the same way, sellers can make a reply to the buyer. Also, the admin has the complete record of the seller-buyer communication and the admin can reply to the same communication.
Please Note -
- This module is an add-on of the Marketplace Module. To use this module you must have installed Webkul Opencart Marketplace Module.
- This module supports all templates and themes including the Journal theme.
- Opencart Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication module supports the Multi-Store feature of default Opencart.
Opencart Marketplace Live Chat - You can also use real-time chat Opencart Marketplace Add-on for providing faster communication and responses between the sellers and the customers.

Allow the buyer to contact the seller
The buyer can directly send a message and get connected with the seller for further queries.
Notify via email for each response
Each communication message will receive by the buyer and seller via an email.
Previous communication history
Both sellers and buyers can check the previous communication history from their panel.
Send a reply with an attachment
The buyer/seller can send a message along with multiple attachments from the message box.
Define attachment quantity and file size
The admin can define size and quantity to total attachment from the configuration settings.

- Communicate with both the buyer and the seller.
- Attach file for communication with the buyer and the seller.
- Delete the complete thread of the buyer and the seller.
Communication Inbox for the Customer
On the front-end, you will have the following:
- A buyer can contact the seller from the seller profile page.
- The buyer can send an attachment to the seller.
- All communication history will be saved at the customer end.
- The buyer can also check their sent and deleted messages.
Integrate Buyer Seller Communication System
Admin can configure the Opencart marketplace buyer-seller communication module. Here admin can:
- Set the status of the module as enable/disable.
- Assign extension of the attachment.
- Fill the Bcc email.
- Set a maximum number of the attachment file for the seller and the buyer.
- Restrict keyword that will not save in communication history.
Check and Reply to Messages
A seller can communicate with the buyer with several features. Here the seller can:
- Check and reply to messages to the buyer after clicking on the communication tab.
- Search the messages through a keyword.
- Send an attachment to the buyer.
- Delete the message and the deleted message will go into the trash tab.
