Krayin CRM VoIP module is Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) in Krayin CRM that allows to makes Trunks calls between the users through broadband. With this module, users can call the customer directly to their mobile number and they can also check their call recording.

Module Configuration
Firstly we configure the module after installing Krayin CRM VoIP in our Krayin CRM.
- Change the status of the module.
- Complete the general setting.
- Then enter the API credentials.
Call Recording
The user can save and download their call recording in Krayin VoIP.
- Users can both save and download the call recording.
- Also, users can check other users' call recordings if they have permission.
Call over the Internet.
Allows 1:1 calling between the user over the internet.
- Users can Dial other user's numbers to make calls.
- Users can also make Inbounds Calls.
Support
After the completion of the Server Setup, we will provide limited period support for 30 days to the customer so that they can check and ensure the configuration.
Our Support Period includes the SLA of around 12 to 24 hours and covers only issues regarding the Server Setup and Configuration (Issues regarding third-party applications or modules are not included in this support). Mode of Communication are Ticket and Email: [email protected]
