The store merchants can store the product images and other product attachments on Magento 2 website. They can even export the products and orders to cloud storage. The store owner can export files from the cloud dashboard page to the cloud storage drive.
The business merchants can also view the space taken up by the files on the cloud storage dashboard. The orders can be exported with details such as; order invoice, shipment, and credit memo. The store admin may view the folder's permissions, state, and file count from the cloud storage dashboard page.

- The available file storage can be exported from the dashboard for each available storage drive.
Product Export Functionality
The product attachment export can be done using the product export functionality. The export will take place for the product attachments, and the product media files.
- The export will be done by selecting the Export Attachment to the Cloud option.
- The store owner has to select the products that need to be exported.
- To export the product, the store owner needs to select the storage type and enter the parent folder ID.
Order Export View
The order export will be done as per the selected order attachment for Magento 2 store. The store merchants can export all the order details at once or separately, as per need.
- The order details, like; shipment, invoice, and credit memo, can be exported separately.
- If the admin wants to download the invoice only, then he can export the invoice only.
- If the website owner selects to export all, then all the order details get exported.
- The orders can be exported by entering the storage type, and the parent folder ID.
