Order Follow Up for Magento 2: This module is very useful for sending order followups to the customers once the order gets placed. The admin can send the followup emails in bulk to the different customers by selecting the order id and performing the bulk action for followup.

Integrating Follow Up Order
With the help of this module, the admin can easily integrate the follow-up into the orders. As mentioned below, the admin is able to configure the following things
- As per the requirement, the admin can enable the module.
- The admin will set the name and email that appear on the email follow-up.
- The admin will set the background colors that are displayed on the dashboard to follow up.
Order Section
The admin will see all the orders and can choose which order the follow-up will be applied to.
- The admin may either add one-by-one follow-up or add mass follow-up.
- The admin will add comments to the follow-up order that will be shared along with the follow-up.
- For different orders, the admin may define various templates that will be shared with the registered email address of the customer.
- Based on the order status, the admin may add mass follow-up.
Follow Up Template
A custom template that will be shared with the customer via the email can be specified by the admin.
- An unlimited number of templates can be generated by the admin.
- In the templates of the following entities, the admin may use the specified sort codes such as product name, store address, order Id, date added, product list, comment, customer name, status.
- Any custom name for the generated template can be specified by the admin.
- In the follow-up email section, the admin will access the full list of the follow-up emails that are shared with the customer.
- The admin can send follow-up emails manually or in bulk.
Follow Up Chart
For the orders whose follow-ups are completed to those follow-ups which are still in progress, the admin may display the bar chart.
- In the process, the admin will get the ratio of completed follow-ups to the follow-ups.
- Based on the order Id, and follow-up status, the admin will sort the bar chart.
- Based on customer ID, the admin will sort the follow-up of all orders.
- The admin may also view all the follow-ups on a specific date.
