Magento 2 B2B Wholesale Private Shop extension helps you to restrict customer access on the storefront. There are various options available to store admin where the complete Magento shop can be made private and to allow restricted access.
The admin can create private groups and then assign products as well as categories to the various private groups. The customers view the private products as per their private group(s) through a separate section.

Admin can easily send emails in bulk to whichever customer group they require. Due to this factor of exclusivity, customer engagement may increase and lead to increased sales.
Admin Configuration
Admin can configure the label title, image label and can make store complete private -
- Admin can enable/disable complete private store.
- After enabling this option guest user can not access the storefront.
- Admin can enable/disable the label title for the private product.
- Admin can set text for the label title for the private product
- Admin can set the display position ( top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right) of the label Image.
- Admin can enable /disable the image label for the private product.
- Admin can add image label for the private product.
- Admin can set the transactional Email template.
Manage Private Group
Admin can create private groups and assign those group(s) to customer/ product/category. The admin can send the notification email to any group.
- Admin can create a new private group.
- Admin can enable/disable/delete any created private group.
- Admin can send the notification Email to the whole private group at a time.
- Admin needs to run this command ( bin/magento wk_mq:consumers:start bulk) to process the email queue.
Note – If admin runs the command and does not stop the command then whenever admin adds email in the Queue. The Queue will be processed automatically.
Assign Groups
Admin can assign the private group(s) to products/ Categories/Customers. After assigning the group(s) to product or category they become private and only assigned groups can able to access those products and categories -
- Admin can assign the private group(s) to the products then only those group(s) can able to see that product.
- Admin can assign the private group(s) to the product then only those group (s) can able to see that category.
- If admin makes the main category private then child category automatically become the private.
- Admin can assign the private group(s) to the customer then the customer can access the storefront according to the private group.
Customer end
The customer can access storefront according to the private group. Private products will be displayed in the separate section.
- The customer can see the private products in the separate section.
- The customer gets an option to see private products according to the private group(s).
- The customer able to see the label title for the private product.
- The customer able to see the image title for the private product.
- The guest customers cannot access the private products.
- The customer can have more than one private groups.
- Private products option available in the header section for the customers.
