    Admin Configurations

    The connector works over REST API and uses oAuth2.0 ensuring safety and security to the Salesforce user. Admin can connect to their Salesforce org from the connector’s configuration itself to allow the synchronization.

    • Admin can enable/disable auto syncing for Orders, Contact Us Leads, Categories, Products, and Customers.
    • Admin can also Reset all the Salesforce Mapped Data from Magento 2.
    • The admin can do sync sets for Orders and contact Us Leads, Categories, Products, and Customers.

    Here the admin can manage all functions related to the connector.

    • The admin will see Categories, Products, Accounts, Contacts, Orders, and Contact Us (Lead).
    • The admin can field mapping for the account, order, and product.
    • The admin can also check sales orders and contact our lead.

    When automatic category sync is disabled, the admin can sync them manually by exporting all categories.

    • The Admin can export all the Magento categories to the Salesforce account by clicking on “Export All Categories.
    • The Admin can update category changes, set sync status to "yes," and click "Update All Categories" when needed.
    • This will only update the selected categories in the Salesforce account.

    Salesforce Connector Product Mapping

    When automatic Product Sync is disabled, the admin can sync the products manually in a single click by clicking on “Export All Products."

    • Admin selects updated products and clicks "Update/Export" to sync changes, updating all existing products at the same time.
    • If in this case, the admin selects 2 products, out of which one product is updated and the other product is not exported then the updated product will get synced.
    • The other product gets exported to the Salesforce account.

    When automatic Customer Sync is disabled, the admin can sync the Customer details manually in a single click by clicking on “Synchronize All Customer and Addresses."

    • The admin can check the customer's email ID.
    • The admin can also check the Salesforce account and contact ID.
    • The admin can verify the sync time and date.

    If the auto-order sync is disabled, the admin can sync the orders by going to Sales > Order.

    • Here admin can select the orders and then choose the action “Sync at Salesforce” to sync the orders to the Salesforce account.
    • In case of active automatic sync, the admin doesn’t need to do anything, orders will be auto-sync from Magento 2 to Salesforce.

    When automatic Leads import/export is enabled then all the Contact Us Queries will be synced with the Salesforce leads.

    • Admin can see the Contact Us details in inform view with a single click on the contact.

    • The admin can check the customer's name, contact email, and telephone number.
