Initial Configuration
The admin needs to create a dev account on the Wix platform to get the API credentials
- Create an account and generate the app ID, URL, redirect URL, and secret key.
- Once you receive these credentials, enter them on the Magento 2 store configuration.
- Authorize the app details to connect both platforms.
- Allow the webhook permission to auto-sync products from Wix to Magento.
- Once you authorize the app, it will show the authorized message.
Create Wix Account
The store owner needs to create a Wix account on the Magento 2 store to generate its instance ID.
- You need to add the Wix shop name and save it.
- Now, authenticate that shop so it will connect with Wix.
- Now, it will show the product sync, order sync, and export to the Wix option in the left menu pane.
- The admin can import and create the products and orders now.
Import Products from Wix
The admin can import products from Wix to the Magento 2 store.
- Click on the product sync option or Wix product list section to import and manage the Wix products.
- Once you click on the import button, it will display a popup with the total number of products on it.
- Now, create the imported products on the Magento 2 store.
- You can also import product images from Wix.
- The admin can check product activity on Magento 2 users.
- The admin can perform bulk action to delete the imported products.
Export Products
The admin can export products from the Magento 2 store to the Wix store.
- Click on the export to Wix option and select the products that you want to export.
- Once you click on the export button, it will display a popup with a confirmation message.
- Once the export is complete, you can check the products on Wix.
- The admin can perform bulk action to delete the products.
Import Orders
The admin can import orders from Wix to the Magento 2 store.
- Click on the order sync option or Wix order list section to import and manage the Wix orders.
- Once you click on the import button, it will display a popup with the total number of orders that will be imported from Wix.
- Now, create the imported orders on the Magento 2 store.
- All Wix order attributes will be imported to Magento 2 order attributes.
- If any order detail is missing on the Wix store, that order will not get imported and move to the missed orders section.
- The admin can perform bulk action to delete the imported orders.
