Magento2 Zip Code Based Pricing module allows the admin to set the price of the product. The price is set for a particular zip code. One product price can be set differently for different locations. The admin can set the price manually or by uploading the CSV file.
There are two ways to set the price of a product i.e Set Zipcode pricing in product and Zipcode Based Product Tier Price.

Zipcode Band
By this one can cover the many zip codes (zip code from to Zipcode To) that carry single pricing of any product.
Bulk Upload Zipcode Based Pricing
Upload the CSV file for updating pricing for many Pincode/zipcodes of the particular product.

Zipcode-based product pricing can be done on the price of the product for many zones.

Why do we need a Magento 2 zip code-based pricing module?
Managing the cost of different products at different locations is a vital task for any seller. This helps sellers to add the different prices of a single product for the different zip codes.
Via zipcode pricing module, the zipcode band (zipcode from to ZipcodeTo) one price can be set for any product. This makes work easy to set the pricing by covering many zip codes.
One can add the pricing for any zipcode bands in bulk for the single product by uploading a CSV file. This makes the work easy and hassle-free. It can be either tier-based price or product-based price.
Zipcode Dependent Product Price
- On the zip code, the special price of the product will appear.
- Customers can enter the zip code of their present location.
- On changing the zipcode the price of the product will change.
- Here, the special price is always less than the zip code price.
- The product zipcode price also varies with the customer group.
Add Base Product Pricing Depending on Location
This feature allows the admin to set the special price of the product and set a special price.
- The price of the product can be set manually.
- The price of the product for many Pincode/zipcode can be set by uploading the CSV file. This makes the admin work easy and hassle-free.
- Here, Zipcode From and ZipcodeTo, cover that area for which one special price is set.
- One can edit the price if they want to reset it.
Zipcode Based Product Tier Pricing
Using this module the admin can even set the tier price for the products that depend on the location of the customer (Zipcode).
- The admin can set the tier price manually or by uploading a CSV file.
- Using the CSV file a complete list of zipcode range with price can be uploaded at once, it will also save time.
- The admin can set the zipcode-dependent tier price value type as fixed or percentage (based on the business need).
- This will help the customer to get an extra discount or additional charges depending on their location.
Zipcode Price Settings
Here the admin will manage the zipcode price base settings by several parameters.
- To show the price of any product according to location, the admin can allow a zipcode pricing module for the same.
- The admin will fill in the Google Maps API key.
- Location popup window on the front end, that title can be filled by the admin.
- The special price which is shown can be managed in two ways,i.e product special price and special price based on zip code.
