Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments module lets customers add, update, or use saved addresses before paying.
It fixes the issue in Odoo where customers couldn’t change their address once the quotation or order has been created. With this feature, customers can easily change their delivery or billing addresses while their order is still in the quotation stage before they pay through the portal.
Why do we need Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments?
In Odoo, customers cannot change their addresses when checking their orders in the My Account section before paying which can cause issues. Our Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments module fixes this problem. It lets customers edit or add addresses before paying.
For example, if someone bought something for their home in their first order but now wants to send a gift to a friend. They can easily add the friend’s address during payment and ensure the gift goes to the right place.

Yes, they can update delivery and billing addresses directly in the portal before payment.
Where can I turn on the address review and edit feature?
Go to Settings > Sales and turn on the Portal Address Review and Edit option in Odoo Customer Address For Portal Payments.
Can I turn this feature on for just one order instead of all?
The user can turn it on or off for a specific order in the Order > Other Info tab.
Can customers add a new billing address?
They cannot add a new billing address but they can update the already existing billing address, which was saved before payment from the portal.
How does the reload delivery address button work?
If a customer starts adding a new delivery address but wants to use a saved one, they can click the reload button and instantly bring back the saved address.
