No, Column widths are saved per user. Every user's layout is completely independent and does not affect anyone else's view.
What happens when I turn off the List View Column Resize option?
All saved column widths are cleared and every column returns to Odoo's default size instantly. You can turn it back on anytime from Settings to start saving widths again.
If I re-enable List View Column Resize, will my previously saved widths come back?
No, Turning off the option clears all saved data in Odoo Remember Resized List Column. When you re-enable it, you will need to resize your columns again for them to be saved.
