- The admin can manually select the orders and export them to Odoo with just a click.
- From settings, the admin can enable auto-invoice and auto-delivery options for orders.
Manage Inventory at Odoo’s End
- Odoo SAAS Bridge for Magento 2 eliminates the need for a manual inventory update at Odoo’s end every time.
- If you have enabled inventory sync in Magento 2, the product inventory will be automatically exported to Odoo (SaaS) while synching a new product from Magento 2.
- The stock gets automatically adjusted at Odoo's end when the order status changes to shipped at Magento's end.
- It permits the admin to define proper replenishment rules to prevent stockouts.
Export Product to Odoo
- If enabled from the settings, the products will get automatically exported if not already synced.
- The admin can manually export the products, product categories, and attributes to Odoo with a click.
Mapping Taxes and Currency to Odoo
- The Taxes get automatically exported to Odoo with the order, or you can map them manually.
- After mapping, these are automatically set to respective orders while exporting them to Odoo.
Export Customer to Odoo
- The admin can export Magento customers to Odoo Online.
- You can also set it for automatic export with the orders from configuration settings.
- Once synced, the user can then manage the customer database in Odoo.
Map Payment and Shipping Method to Odoo
- The payment and shipping methods get automatically exported from Magento 2 to Odoo with the orders.
- On the other hand, the admin can map them manually from Magento 2 to Odoo.
- After mapping, these are automatically assigned to respective orders while exporting them to Odoo.
Managing Default Settings
- Choose the default warehouse to export the product from Magento 2 to Odoo.
- Define the specific location in the warehouse to export the products.
- Select the default payment method to be given to the invoices when they are exported to Odoo.
- Specify the default product internal category in which the product would be exported in Odoo.
