After the successful installation of PrestaShop AI ChatBot, the admin needs to configure the module.
- Specify the ChromaDB endpoint.
- Set the Server Endpoint.
ChatBot Settings
Customize the appearance of AI ChatBot chat window to make it look more attractive and grab the attention of customers. Multiple options have been provided in the module to change the look and feel of chat window.
- Set the position and color of chat window.
- Choose the background and text color of AI chat.
- Set the text and background color of customer chat.
- Upload the custom profile image for PrestaShop ChatBot.
AI ChatBot – Front View
Once the admin has successfully configured the module settings, the AI ChatBot will be available for the customers on the storefront for use.
- Customers can use AI ChatBot to ask queries related to products.
