PrestaShop IndexNow Integration - When running an online store, you want your content to be discovered quickly and rank high on search engines.
Search engines may take hours or days to crawl and index your content updates. This can lead to delayed visibility of your latest products, collections, or any other changes on search results.
PrestaShop IndexNow Integration is an effective tool that allows store owners to inform the search engines about website content changes, including updates and deletions.
It automatically alerts the search engines the moment you add, update or delete the store’s products, categories, or CMS.
With PrestaShop IndexNow Integration, you can submit products, categories, and CMS URLs to IndexNow. IndexNow then notifies supported search engines about the updates. Search engines then crawl and index your updates.

General Settings
To begin using the module, the admin must configure the API key.
- The admin can generate the key from the module setting.
- Edit the key when required.
- Resubmit URLs after updating the key.
The API key validates that submitted URLs originate from an authorized source, ensuring secure communication with search engines.
Product Indexing
The module allows the admin to submit product page URLs to IndexNow. The admin can chose to submit the URLs of all the products at once or select specific products & combinations for which they want to submit URLs. Also, there is an option to re-submit previously indexed URLs.
Category/CMS Indexing
The module also supports indexing beyond products:
- Submit category page URLs
- Submit CMS page URLs
- Bulk submission of selected categories and CMS pages
Real-time Synchronization
TOne of the core strengths of the module is automation. With this module, the admin can choose to automatically submit product, category, and CMS URLs to IndexNow when they are added or updated. The module supports cron job setup for handling large-scale submissions (e.g., 10,000+ URLs)
