Transaction and Refund Management
A dedicated tab provided in the PrestaShop admin panel to check the list of transactions done using Razorpay. View paid amount, remaining amount, and refund status for each transaction from a single page.
Easily process refunds right from the back office. Refund can be made in full or in part.
- Full Refund: Refund the entire amount paid by the customer.
- Partial Refund: Refund part of the amount received in the payment. You can issue multiple partial refunds as long as the sum does not exceed the total received amount.
For each refund you make, a log gets created on the page where you issue refunds.

Does PrestaShop Razorpay Payment Gateway module support both live mode and test mode for testing?
Yes it does. The admin can choose to use the module in live or test mode.
What is authorise only and authorize and capture?
Authorize means the bank has successfully authenticated the customer’s payment details. The money gets deducted from customer’s account by Razorpay. Whereas 'Authorize and capture' means the bank has successfully authenticated the customer’s payment details and the payment is verified as complete by Razorpay.
