Duitku Payment Gateway Configurations
- Choose between Sandbox Mode for testing and Production Mode for live transactions.
- Add your Duitku API Key and Merchant Code for secure communication.
- Configure Payment Expiry Period (10–180 minutes).
- Duitku payment option becomes available to guests during checkout.
Duitku Transactions
- A dedicated Duitku Transactions” tab is added to the QloApps back office.
- View and manage all payments processed through the Duitku gateway.
- Check essential details such as Transaction ID, Booking Reference, Payment Method, Status, Amount, and Transaction Date.
- View complete payment details for each booking.
Collect Payment for Offline Bookings
- Select “Pay using Duitku while creating offline bookings.
- Send guests an email with a secure Duitku payment link.
- Admins can directly open the Duitku payment page to collect payment at the desk.
- Enables online payment collection even for offline booking operations.
Refund Management
- Manage guest refund requests directly from the QloApps dashboard.
- Supports Full Refund and Partial Refund options.
- Maintain a complete log of refund activity for each booking.
- Void unsettled transactions to reverse payments instantly.
Cron Jobs
- Automate checking and updating of payment statuses via configured cron jobs.
- Ensure real-time synchronization between QloApps and Duitku servers.

- Duitku provides a full sandbox environment to simulate payments.
