Flutterwave Configuration

To configure the QloApps Flutterwave Payment Gateway, the admin must enter the required Flutterwave credentials and webhook details. This includes:

Environment: Choose between Sandbox for testing or Live for real transactions.
API Keys: Retrieve your Public key, Secret Key and Encription Key from the Flutterwave dashboard.
Webhook URL: Copy the URL provided on the QloApps configuration page and paste it on Flutterwave Dashboard.
Webhook Secret Key: Ensure it matches the value entered on the Flutterwave dashboard.

It is recommended to enable the V3 Webhook for smooth and secure transaction updates.

Flutterwave Transaction Details

Access complete transaction summaries in the Flutterwave Payment Transaction section. By clicking the View button, you can check status, payment reference, amount, customer details, and more.

Flutterwave Transaction List

All Flutterwave payments are displayed in a structured list under the Flutterwave Payment Transaction tab. From here, you can review each payment, open detailed views, and manage refunds effortlessly.

Easily Process Refunds

The QloApps Flutterwave Payment Gateway provides a simplified refund process directly from your QloApps Back Office. A dedicated “Flutterwave Payment Transaction” tab is added, where you can manage all transactions and issue full or partial refunds.
