- Merchant ID: Links payment transactions to your Heartland merchant account.
- Environment: Choose between Sandbox for testing or Production for live transactions.

Heartland Transaction Details
Admins can view complete payment information by opening any transaction from the Heartland Transactions list. The detailed transaction page displays important information such as the Heartland Transaction ID, payment environment, transaction amount, order reference, customer details, payment status, and transaction date.
Easily Process Refunds
The QloApps Heartland Payment Gateway streamlines refund management directly through your QloApps back office. A dedicated "Heartland Transactions" section maintains a complete record of all transactions and enables admins to issue full or partial refunds with ease.
