Paystack Configurations
- The addon offers two different transaction environments: Sandbox Mode for Testing and Live Mode for Live Transactions
- The admin is required to add the API Test Secret Key and API Test Public Key when using in testing mode
- The admin will add the API Live Secret Key and API Live Public Key of their Paystack Merchant Account
- Paystack Payment Gateway option will be available to the guests at the time of checkout on the QloApps Website
Paystack Transactions
- After the installation of the addon, the Paystack Transactions Tab is added to the menu bar of QloApps in the back office
- Admin can view the list of all the transactions made by guests through QloApps Paystack Payment Gateway
- Admin can view the Paystack transaction details of each order
- Various payment details including Payment Environment, Paystack Order Reference, Transaction Amount, Order Reference, Customer Name and Email and Payment status and date are displayed to the admin
- The admin can update the transaction status of the payments
Collect Payment for Offline Bookings
- The admin can select the Paystack Payments in the Payment option when creating offline bookings on behalf of their guests
- Admin can send an email to the guests with the Paystack payment link using which their guests can pay for their bookings
- The admin can directly open the Paystack payment gateway page and collect payment from the guests
- Through this addon, the admin can easily collect the payments for offline bookings using online payment modes
Refund Management
- The admin can easily manage the refund requests of their guests with this add-on.
- The admin can process refund requests in two ways: Full Refund and Partial Refund
- The admin can keep a record of all the refunds that has been processed for any particular booking
- The admin can view the refund status and Refund ID of the completed refunds
