The QloApps PayTabs Payment Gateway is a secure payment solution for QloApps that enables hotel businesses to accept online booking payments through PayTabs.
The module provides a fast and seamless checkout experience, supports multiple payment methods and international currencies, automatically updates booking statuses via webhooks, and offers complete transaction and refund management directly from the QloApps back office.
Note: PayTabs is available in selected regions, including the Middle East, Asia, and other supported international markets. Before enabling live transactions, ensure your business is registered with PayTabs and that the payment methods supported in your region are activated.

Supported Currencies
The PayTabs Payment Gateway supports multiple international currencies, allowing hotels to accept payments from guests across different regions.
Supported currencies:
SAR, AED, BHD, EGP, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, INR, IQD, JOD, JPY, KWD, MAD, OMR, PKR, QAR, and USD.
Note: Available currencies may vary depending on your PayTabs merchant account and supported region.
PayTabs Configuration
Configure the PayTabs gateway by entering the required merchant credentials obtained from the PayTabs Merchant Dashboard.
- Environment: Choose Sandbox (UAT) or Production mode.
- Production Profile ID: Unique PayTabs profile identifier.
- Production Merchant ID: Merchant identifier assigned by PayTabs.
- Production Server Key: Secure API key used to authenticate payment requests.
Note: Switch to Production mode only after updating your live PayTabs credentials.
PayTabs Transactions
View all PayTabs payment records from a dedicated Transactions panel containing booking references, transaction IDs, customer details, payment amounts, statuses, and transaction dates for complete payment tracking.
PayTabs Transaction Summary
Selecting a transaction opens a detailed summary displaying the payment environment, PayTabs Transaction ID, PayTabs Order ID, booking reference, customer information, payment amount, payment status, and transaction date.
PayTabs Refund Management
Process Full Refunds or Partial Refunds directly from the transaction details page. For partial refunds, admins can specify a custom refund amount and add remarks before submitting the request.
Every refund is recorded with its amount, type, status, date, and remarks, providing complete refund transparency and tracking.
