The module provides a structured configuration panel divided into four tabs—General, Product, Customer, Payment, and Order Receipt—allowing admins to tailor the POS experience as per their property’s operational needs.
- General Configuration: Set the POS title and logo, choose theme and button colors, enable service modes, voucher field, price modification in cart, and manage how many products, customers, and orders load at startup.
- Product Configuration: Define product name length, set low-stock alert quantity, choose product search options, manage product visibility in cart, enable tag display for combinations, show both price types, and auto-assign products to all or selected outlets.
- Customer Configuration: Enable or disable guest checkout, choose checkout type, define mandatory customer fields, and allow customer group selection based on property requirements.
- Payment Methods: Select payment modes available to cashiers at the POS and set the default payment method for handling order returns.
- Order Receipt: Choose printing type, set printer name, enable or disable discount details and barcode on receipts, and configure cash drawer integration.
Dashboard
The POS Dashboard provides a centralized view of your outlet performance, helping admins monitor sales activity, order volume, profit, and staff productivity in real time. It presents key KPIs, visual sales trends, and detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Outlet Management
Outlets
View and manage all POS outlets from one place. The outlets list shows the outlet name, status, assigned products, disabled products, out-of-stock items, and creation date. From here, admins can edit outlet details, assign products, or delete an outlet.
Add Outlet
Create new POS outlets and configure essential details such as outlet name, property assignment, address, contact information, currencies, languages, and service modes (Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery). Admins can also set guest visibility preferences for POS employees.
Outlet pricing: We can configure product prices on an outlet basis if required.
Cashier Management
View and manage all POS cashiers in one place. The cashier list displays the employee ID, cashier name, assigned outlet, and timestamps for creation and updates. Admins can also click the “View” button to see complete cashier details.
Products
Products
Manage all POS products from a centralized list. The product table displays ID, image, name, base price, final price, and status. Admins can quickly edit product details or delete products as needed.
Add Product
Create new products and manage configuration across multiple tabs, including product information, pricing, category associations, images, stock quantities, options, and outlet assignment.
Guest Checkout
The POS system supports a streamlined guest checkout experience, allowing employees to manage customer selection, apply vouchers, choose service options, and handle multiple payment methods. The module ensures accurate billing and generates an invoice with all essential order details for a smooth and efficient checkout.
POS Orders
The Orders section provides employees with a complete list of POS orders, enabling quick access to order details, service type, and outlet information for efficient tracking and management.
Note on Order Returns: Employees can request order returns from the Order History section. Once a return is processed, the refunded amount is recorded and the returned stock is automatically reassigned to the same outlet.
