QloApps Hold / Lock Rooms allows admin and customers to hold or lock rooms for a specific period, configured by the admin on the module settings page. During this time, locked rooms remain unavailable for booking by other customers until they are unlocked and returned to the inventory.

The hold/lock button can be enabled for customers to reserve rooms directly from the room page.
Why Use the QloApps Hold / Lock Rooms Addon?
This module is ideal for managing special reservations for VIP guests or other priority bookings. It ensures that selected rooms are reserved without interference from other customers.
Admins can also offer customers the ability to temporarily lock rooms for their convenience, enhancing the booking experience.
Module Configuration
- Set the default lock duration (days, hours, or minutes).
- Configure minimum and maximum booking days for locked rooms.
- Enable or disable a fee for locking rooms, with percentage or fixed fee options.
- Define lead days for booking locks.
- Toggle the hold/lock button display on room pages and checkout pages.
Lock Timer on Room Pages
Customers can lock rooms via a "Hold/Lock Room" button. Once locked, a timer displays the remaining lock duration in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
Manage Lock Room Settings per Hotel
- Override global configurations for specific hotels.
- Enable or disable customer access to lock rooms at specific hotels.
