QloApps Voucher Promotion

The Configuration settings in QloApps Voucher Promotion let admins control how vouchers appear and behave on the website. It’s divided into two parts — General Settings and Slider Settings — to fine-tune the overall display and animation of promotions.

General Settings

• Number of Promotion Blocks per Row: Decide how many voucher blocks show in a single row on the website.

Slider Settings

• Slider Mode: Choose how vouchers transition — Horizontal for left-right sliding or Fade for a smooth cross-fade between promotions.
• Velocity: Set the transition speed in milliseconds.
• Show Animation: Enable or disable motion during slide changes.
• Auto Run: Make the slider move automatically without user action.
• Show Pagination: Show dots or numbers so visitors can jump to a specific slide.

The Promotion Information section allows you to configure key details of the voucher. You can enable or disable the promotion using the toggle, and set an internal promotion name for reference. The promotion title is displayed to customers, while the promotion description provides a brief offer overview.

Choose which pages and positions on your website will display the promotion banner. You can also enable a popup that appears on specific pages. Use the promotion date range to set active start and end dates for the offer. If a date range is set, you can enable the voucher expiry and show the voucher code to customers.

Additionally, you can enable a promotion detail button that links to further information. The button title and the linked CMS page can be customized to guide customers to relevant content, such as terms and conditions.

The Styles tab allows full control over how your vouchers look. Choose from various background types such as Color, Gradient Color, Curved Image (Color), Curved Image (Gradient), Image, Image with Color, or Image with Gradient. You can also adjust font sizes, weights, colors, and button styles to enhance visual appeal.

These design customizations make each voucher stand out, reflecting your brand identity while grabbing guest attention.

The Restriction tab defines where and to whom vouchers apply. You can restrict promotions by specific hotels, customer groups, or payment gateways. It also supports booking duration date ranges, ensuring vouchers are valid only for targeted booking windows.

Such restrictions help maintain control, prevent misuse, and focus promotions for maximum impact.

The Voucher Information tab holds all the key details of your promotional offer, including voucher name, description, discount type (percentage or fixed), discount amount, total availability, and minimum purchase limit. Admin can also enable features like highlighting and partial use to enhance the guest experience.

The Voucher Promotion List displays all existing promotions in a single view. From here, admins can edit, delete, or disable vouchers effortlessly. To disable a voucher temporarily, simply toggle its Status. Each promotion can be updated anytime for ongoing campaigns.
