    How to install an IPA from the given link (iOS only)?

    Instruction For installation in your device, use either of the two options:

    Open the URL on the iOS device>>Install it by clicking on the install option.

    OR Open the URL in a web browser of your system.>>Scan the QR code from an iOS device and wait for a minimum of 30 seconds for a prompt. After clicking on the prompt, install the app on your iOS device.

    What is the purpose of the Delivery Boy App?
    The purpose of the delivery boy app is to allow delivery agents to manage doorstep deliveries for your delivery-based businesses like food service, grocery delivery service, etc. You can add agents to your Shopify store to let them access the orders received and manage deliveries via the Android/iOS mobile app for Shopify. You can track all the records in the app.

    How to add agents to the app and assign orders to them?
    To add the agents for delivery management, you need to follow some simple steps:

    • Log into your Shopify store & go to the Apps section.
    • Visit the "Delivery Agents" section and click the "Add Agent" button.
    • Enter the necessary details of the agent such as First Name, Last Name, Email ID. The agent will receive an email to reset the password.
    • Select the Vehicle type whether Bike or Cycle to be used by your agent for delivering orders. 
    • Enter the Vehicle Number fo your agent.
    • Click the "Submit" button.

    Now, from the Order listing section, you can assign orders to the delivery agents.

    Is there any way I can provide a commission to my delivery agents?
    Yes, you can set commission rules in the app based on the percentage or fixed amount per order.

    In the percentage-based commission, you can allow agents to earn some percentage amount of the total order amount for each order.
    In the fixed commission, you can simply allow a fixed amount per delivery to the agent.
    Visit the App>>Settings>>Commission Rules>>Select Commission Type>>Enter Commission Amount>>Save. You can anytime remove commission rules in the app just in one click.

    Is there any way I can set a proximity distance for the delivery of orders assigned to the agents?
    Yes, you can set a proximity distance for the agents to pick up the order from the Warehouse address. This way, you can assign an order to the agent who is available in the specified radius.
    You can manage this from the Warehouse settings section in the app. You need to mention the Warehouse address and a proximity distance.

    How the agents will manage the deliveries of the orders received in my store?
    The agents can effortlessly access the orders received and manage deliveries via the Android/iOS mobile app. They can install the app on their phones and check the orders assigned to them. After delivering packets to the destination, the delivery agents can mark the order status in the mobile app that reflects on the admin end.

    Can a delivery agent mark his/her status in the mobile app if he/she is not available to manage deliveries?
    Yes, the agents can mark their status in the mobile app. In the Delivery Details section, the agents need to hit the "Online" or "Offline" button to mark their status if they are available/unavailable for order deliveries. 

    How to Install the Mobile App for the Delivery Agents?
