CS-Cart Order Cancellation Add-on allows customers to cancel their orders based on admin-defined conditions, ensuring flexibility and control over the cancellation process.
The admin can configure rules such as minimum order value, specific products, and a defined time window within which cancellation is allowed. Customers can easily request order cancellation directly from the order details page, enhancing the overall user experience with a simple and transparent process.
With efficient tracking and management of cancelled orders, the admin gains better visibility and control over order workflows. The add-on is fully compatible with CS-Cart Multi-Vendor and can be configured effortlessly from the backend.
Highlighted Features of CS-Cart Order Cancellation
Set Number of Days
The admin can set the number of days for the order cancellation.
Product Allocation
The products can be classified in two ways which are applicable for cancellation and which are not.
Show Cancelation Option
The admin can customize the product for the user. Where he can decide to show the cancel button or not.
Cancelation Invoice
Users can download the cancelation invoice which all the order details and updated status of the order.
Customize Order Cancellation
- The admin can set the time in several ways like days, and hours for cancellation.
- The minimum amount for cancellation price can be set by the admin.
- The order status can be set by the admin for which order cancelation is not granted.
- Products can be selected on which cancelation is not processed.
User-Friendly Process
- Order cancelation can be done by going on the order ID.
- Users can cancel the required order and can comment there also.
- Details in the pdf form are available of canceled orders.
- Updated status as Cancelled is shown on the particular order.
