Magento 2 Seller Membership Marketplace Add-on is a module that enhances the functionality of the Magento 2 marketplace by introducing seller membership features. This add-on, the admin can implement membership plans and restrictions for sellers on the platform.
Sellers are required to purchase a membership or subscription to access certain features or upload products to their accounts. The add-on allows the admin to define membership levels, set fees for product uploads, and determine the duration of membership. Sellers can choose and purchase the appropriate membership plan based on their needs.

Admin Configuration
From the back-end, admin can do the setting for seller fee pay. Admin can select the fee applied either for “vendor” or “products”. Admin will enter the payment Paypal account id, in which the fee will be received by the admin. Admin can select the “type of fee” and can set the fixed/Percentage fee value from the back-end.

“Fee Applied For” Products
When admin selects product, then in this case “Product approval required” in marketplace configuration should always set to “YES”. On the front-end, seller will have to pay fee for each product, they upload. After adding the product, seller can pay to the admin. For the payment, seller will be redirected to the PayPal site, where the seller will make the payment and under the “pay seller fee”, seller can view the transaction. The product will be approved once the payment is done by the seller.
- For uploading the product, seller will have to pay fee to the admin.
- For the payment, seller will be redirected to PayPal.
- Transaction details appears on the “Pay Seller Fee” tab.
“Fee Applied For” Vendors
When admin selects “vendor” from the back-end then admin will also select “number of products” allowed, duration, “fee type- fixed or percent” and can set “check value” on time as well as on products or both.
On the front-end, seller can view the number of allowed products, duration under the tab “pay seller fee”. After the seller do the payment, then the seller will be allowed to add that specified number of products only.
If the seller exceeds the product adding limit, then seller will have to pay the fee again and then seller can add more products.
