The admin can also add UVdesk integration at Magento 2 Admin panel. This will allow the users to log in to the UVdesk Helpdesk system using their existing Magento store credentials. This will simplify the procedure of creating a support ticket as the users can use the Single Sign-On feature easily. The admin can add UVdesk integration by:
- Name: Enter the name of the client who can log in to the online store using the Magento 2 HelpDesk Integrated System.
- URL: enter the URL link of the UVdesk Helpdesk system which will be integrated for SSO.
This will generate the automated client credentials required for the UVdesk Magento 2 SSO integration.
LDAP Server Configurations
Integrating the LDAP Server with the Magento2 Single Sign-On help synchronize the newly created customers to the Magento 2 Store.
- Initially, the user will have to authenticate with the Magento2 LDAP Server.
- The Login DN and the Password is retrieved from the LDAP admin page.
- The LDAP configurations are set under Stores > SSO Connector > LDAP Configurations.
