Both internally and externally, email is the primary method of communication in business. It happens in real time and is easy, secure, and straightforward.
By including additional interested parties as a CC, you can provide them access to a copy of the email and let the people who are CCing you to see who else has received it.
BCC is added to the mail, Let's say you're having issues with a worker. You can BCC your supervisor or HR in an email to them so that they receive a copy of your correspondence. The other team members will receive it in this scenario, but your coworker won't be aware that additional parties were mentioned in the correspondence.

You can send emails with the Odoo Email CC and BCC module to numerous partners in CC and numerous partners in BCC. Users have the option to choose which recipients will see the CC and BCC fields in emails. This enables you to keep track of all correspondence taking place within your company.
When composing emails in Odoo, the Email CC and BCC Module allows you to add any email address, not just partners, to the CC and BCC fields. It has a CC and BCC area so that you can add as many or as few email addresses as you like before sending the message.

- It allows the user to keep track of all the correspondences in the Odoo.
- The user can keep any desired email address in CC and BCC field in Odoo in addition to the partners.

Set the default email address to CC and BCC
- A default email address can be set to Cc and BCC field which would then appear automatically in the respective field while composing mails in Odoo.
