Odoo Website Helpdesk And Support Teams -Different customers have different queries. The faster resolution requires that the concern reaches the correct team in time. Odoo Website Helpdesk and Support Team Module is an extension to already available Website helpdesk module.

The extension allows the registered Odoo website customer to submit a ticket directly with the appropriate support and helpdesk team. The customers can log in to their account, select from the pre-defined team and simply raise the support ticket. The teams can be configured at the Odoo backend. Once a support ticket is submitted, the Odoo user can check the team associated with the support ticket in the Odoo backend and change it if the need arises for quicker and proper resolution.

Note: Odoo Website Helpdesk And Support Teams Module is dependent on Odoo Website Helpdesk & Support System. The Latter needs to be installed first for Odoo Website Helpdesk and Support Team module to work properly.
