Allow bulk shopping of a product on your Odoo website. You can now receive bulk order of a product from a customer directly through the Odoo website with Odoo Website Quote System. Set the minimum order quantity and validity of approved sale quotation for a product in the Odoo.
The interested customers can then just go to the Odoo website, fill in the form with their desired quantity and quote the price of a particular product, and submit the sale quotation.
The admin can approve or reject the submitted quote in the Odoo backend. The Odoo admin can also choose to submit his/her own price for the quote before approving the quote.
Once approved, the customer can add the quote to the cart on the Odoo website and place the order.
The customer can check the history of his/her submitted quotes in his/her Odoo website account.

- Customers can view the list of all the previous and currently submitted quotes with their current status.
Configure Website Quote System
- Select any of the products and enable “allow to quote”.
- Allow customers to request quotation of a particular product with the desired quantity.
- Admin can configure a quote system from Odoo Backend, you can add a minimum number of quantities for quotations below which customers are not able to create quotations.
- Admin can enable email notification from the configuration which Keeps the customer updated about every action on the quotation time-to-time.
- The Quote System helps you to provide a better customer experience to your customers.
Create Product Quotation
- By clicking on a request quote customers can request a quotation of a particular product.
- Customers will be able to send quotations to the website admin with the desired price.
- Admin can approve or reject the customer quotation.
- Admin can set the minimum quantity and valid number of days for the products which are allowed to quote.
- The admin can also change the price of the submitted quote to set his desired price before approving the sale quotation.
