Prestashop Marketplace Product FAQ - The module is an add-on for the marketplace module. With the help of this module seller can add some frequently asked question (FAQ) with the product in any language and can give some extra information to buyer. This will enhance the sales also, as now the buyer will have lesser queries.
Note: This module is an add-on to a marketplace module. To use this module, you must install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.
Prestashop Marketplace Product FAQ module is MultiShop Compatible with PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace version 5.4.0/3.4.0 and above.
Prestashop Marketplace Product FAQ Features -
- Seller can add FAQ with the products.
- FAQ's are listed on the product detail page.
- Admin can set the appearance of FAQ on the product detail page.
- Seller can edit or delete the FAQ.
- Seller can write the FAQ in multi-language.

Prestashop Marketplace Product FAQ Use Case -
- After the installation of the marketplace module, this module can be installed as this module is an add-on for the marketplace module.
- Once the marketplace FAQ module has been installed, the seller needs to configure it to set the appearance of the FAQ on the product detail page.
- Seller needs to login to the seller account and from the product list choose any product with which the FAQ’s are to be added
- Here on the product description page , all the earlier FAQ’s are listed and the seller can add new FAQ’s from here.
- Seller can also delete the added FAQ.
This way the seller(s) can add multiple FAQ with various products.
Benefits of Product FAQ-
- FAQ is a set of provisional questions which may arise in the mind of buyers about the product.
- FAQ act as a set of information in the form of Question and answers, which gives a detailed description of the product.
- Hence FAQ increases the sales as now buyers have most of their doubts sorted in the form of FAQ pre & post-purchase of the product.
Module Flow(admin and seller end)-
- Admin can set the following settings for the FAQ from module configuration.
a)FAQ Heading text color and Font Size.
b)FAQ Border Color
c)FAQ text color and font size - Clicking on any of the products from the product list will take you to the product description page. Sellers can add FAQs to their products from here.
- Sellers can add FAQ in multi-language as well.
- On FAQ list sellers will get different options like edit, delete, active, inactive FAQ.
