Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund -This module is a brilliant module and super useful for refund of orders completely or partially from the seller, by automatic generation of voucher for refunded amount to customer. Admin can also set the validity of the refund voucher generated.

NOTE

This module is an add-on to a marketplace module. To use this module, you must install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.
Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund module is MultiShop Compatible with PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace version 5.4.0/3.4.0 and above.

Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund Features -

Sellers can easily refund the marketplace orders fully or partially on customer request.
Create vouchers for the customers as refund.
Email containing voucher details is sent to the customer.
Admin can set the validity of the voucher.
Seller can view a list of refunded vouchers from his account.
Customers can use the voucher fully or partially.

Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund Use Case -

The module must be installed after the installation of the marketplace module, since its an add-on for the marketplace module.
Seller can view the orders from “my order” menu.
Seller needs to provide the product information while starting the refund process.
Then, the seller needs to choose the amount for the voucher and the voucher gets generated.
A code is generated along with voucher creation. This code is sent to the customer through an email.
The customer can use the voucher code to make a new purchase.

This way the seller can refund the marketplace order.

Customer’s Benefits

Now customer can easily request for the return of the Seller's product as well.
Customer will get the vouchers for the refund amount.
Customers will be notified by the email containing voucher details.
Customer can also see the generated voucher in Customer's My Account section.
Customers can use the generated refund vouchers both partially or for full amount to make a purchase for other products on the store.

Seller's End Management

The sellers can now easily handle the customer's return request and refund the orders.
