    Prestashop Marketplace Helpdesk - Deliver great customer service with our Marketplace Helpdesk module by ensuring all customer requests are managed proficiently and nothing gets forgotten. Marketplace Helpdesk allows you to provide a complete customer care service and excellent support attendance. It allows every customer to submit support requests in the most suitable manner. A customer can create/raise tickets using two tabs, which is shown in the seller's product page and the seller's shop page. When a customer clicks on either of the two tabs, a query form comes up which need to be filled by the customers in order to raise/create a ticket.

    Note: This module is an add-on to a marketplace module. To use this module, you must install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.

    Create your own Query types

    In the back end admin can create the query types. A customer can choose any one query type which is related to his query.


    Inform The Customers

    Once the problem has been closed or resolved this ticketing system allows you to inform the customer about the same via email.


    View Tickets Status wise

    Admin can view the created tickets status wise in the back end. Example: Admin can view all the open tickets under “Open” status, all the tickets that are resolved under “Resolved” status and so on. Admin can further filter the tickets globally by customer name and query type.


    Customer Display End

    Customers do sometime finds a need to directly contact to the sellers regarding some product inquiry before or after making a purchase. This module help customers to get in touch with the sellers directly from the sellers product page or sellers shop.


    Seller Display End

    Seller can find all the tickets under “Assigned Tickets” tab in my account section. On clicking the particular ticket, he can view the customer message and can reply to him from the same page.

    Customer when sends a ticket to the seller. This is how the seller chatting interface looks like.

    • View customer name who has raised the ticket.
    • Seller can add internal note in the ticket.
    • Seller can attach one or more files.
