Prestashop Marketplace Seller Create Order: The module integrates the functionality of creating order for customer on the seller end too. Just like admin, now sellers can also create order for the customers with the help of this module. In the event of a customer abandoning the site due to any technical difficulty faced by them while placing an order. The sellers can place orders on behalf of the customer to avert such instance. This method can prove to be beneficial in recovering lost sales.

• This module is an add-on to a marketplace module. To use this module, you must install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.
• Prestashop Marketplace Seller Create Order module is MultiShop Compatible with PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace version 5.3.1/3.3.1 and above.

Prestashop Marketplace Seller Create Order Features -

• Sellers can create orders for the customers.
• Create a new customer from the seller’s dashboard.
• Add the address of the newly created customer.
• Select address for the order from the addresses already added by the customer.
• Choose shipping carrier for the order through which the order will be shipped.
• Set default payment method for the order.
• Select default order status for the order.
• Set currency in which the customer will pay for the order.
• Set language of the order to send all the order related information in selected language to the customer.
• Search and apply an existing voucher while creating orders.
• Choose to create a voucher while creating order.
• Send an email consisting of a payment link to the customer.
• Admin can view list of all the sellers who have created orders.
• Admin can also view list of all the customers for whom orders were created.
• Allow/restrict seller from creating orders on customers behalf.
• Allow/restrict sellers to create & apply voucher on the order.
• Choose to allow your sellers to set currency & language of the order.

The module also provides the configuration to allow/restrict sellers to create & apply voucher. But, it is at the discretion of admin whether he/she wants to provide both the functionalities to seller or not.

• Allow sellers to apply existing voucher of customer on the order.
• Allow sellers to create a new voucher & apply on the order.

Note: To use the 2nd functionality, Admin needs to install MP seller voucher module on the prestashop.

Send email to the customers

While creating an order for the customer, send an email consisting of payment link to the customer. Through that link, customer can easily pay for their order. Upon confirmation of payment, seller can proceed to process the order of customer.

This additional functionality has been added to make the process more customer friendly. It becomes very easy for the customers to pay for the order even though they did not place the order by themselves.

It also removes the possibility of issue arising from cash on delivery orders. Not every time someone holds a cash in their pocket, so nowadays paying at the time of placing an order is what everyone prefers.
