Prestashop Marketplace Seller Payment Request: The module lets sellers place a request for their due amount from the admin. It provides sellers with a medium to request their due amount whenever they need it. Admin can choose to keep some amount(lock-in amount) with him/her which can not be withdrawn by the sellers.
NOTE
- This module is an add-on to a marketplace module. To use this module, you must install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.
- Prestashop Marketplace Seller Payment Request module is MultiShop Compatible with PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace version 5.4.0/3.4.0 and above.
- Prestashop Marketplace Seller Payment Request module is compatible with PrestaShop framework version 8.x.x.

Prestashop Marketplace Seller Payment Request Features
- Sellers can request settlement of their due amount from the admin at any time.
- Admin can either settle or decline the payment request placed by the seller.
- Admin & seller both can check the status of requests.
- Admin can set the maximum amount that can be requested by the seller for withdrawal in one request.
- Admin can set the lock-in amount which would be necessary for sellers to keep with the admin.
- Admin can set a lock-in period after which sellers can request for settlement of another due amount.
Benefits of Seller Payment Request module-
As we already know that in the e-commerce industry there are many Marketplace websites in which users register as a seller in order to sell their products. And the admin further distributes the amount to the sellers after deducting their commission on a monthly basis or according to their suitability. Here the question is if the seller needs their due amount before their due date then how does he/she will make a request to the admin.
We have brought the solution for this, using this module seller can make a request to the admin for his/her due amount at any time.
Admin Configuration-
After installing the module, a new tab will be added in the back-office named "Seller Payment Request".
In this tab, admin can see a list of all the requests that are made by the sellers and admin will also have options to set the few things for the sellers, mentioned below-
- Lock-in-period: Seller can make the next payment request only after the specified day(s)( that admin will set in this field ) from the previous request.
- Lock-in Amount: Minimum amount which seller has to reserve and can't withdraw from their account.
- The maximum withdrawal limit per request: Maximum amount for which the seller can make the payment request from the admin.
Seller-end flow-
Once the module is successfully installed, a new tab named “Payment Request” is added to the seller’s dashboard.
Click on “Add New Payment Request” to place a request for settlement of due amount from admin.
After clicking on “Add New Payment Request”, a popup will open to enter the amount. Seller will enter the amount that he/she wish to withdraw from the admin.
