Great Customer Service After the Purchase!

    Posted On - August 17, 2020

After deciding to implement Akeneo CE for our PIM solution, I set out in search of a DAM solution to tie in to Akeneo. I came across Webkul's DAM solution and decided to give it a try. I have purchased extensions from Webkul in the past but nothing the size of this extension.

I installed Akeneo on AWS and went about installing the DAM extension. Due to server configurations that I was unaware would cause issues with Akeneo cache and the DAM extension I reached out to support for help. They were extremely patient with my lack of Akeneo knowledge and got the DAM up and running in no time.

They also were kind enough to give me a few Akeneo config pointers along the way. The only downside (if you can even call it a downside) is that support is based out of India and time difference extended the process a very small amount.

All in all I would purchase any extension or contract for custom coding without a second thought!
