Description
Opencart Algolia Search Extension: This extension allows Algolia search services to be used by the store owner to improvise the search results for the online store. Whenever the customer enters any word to search for any product, the product name searched is autocompleted.
It also automatically displays related objects from the search to the customer. By using the Algolia API keys, the admin needs to integrate the Algolia server with the website. The admin needs to sync all products to Algolia servers after connecting with the Algolia server.

- Algolia Search is a free extension, but to use the extension, you need an Algolia account. For information on a free trial and account signup, please see the pricing page.
- You will need the Algolia credentials below to configure the Opencart extension. On the Algolia Dashboard, on the API Keys menu tab, you can find these credentials.

Basic Settings For Algolia Search
This extension allows Algolia search services to be used by the store owner to improvise the search results for the online store. All credentials that are created at the time of account creation must be entered by the admin.
- Admin can set status as enabled or disabled and can enter application ID.
- Admin can set Indices name.
- Admin can enter Search-only API key, Admin API key, Monitoring API key.
Manage Products for Algolia Search
The admin needs to sync all products to Algolia servers after connecting with the Algolia server.
- The admin may sync all products or sync the selected products to the Algolia server.
- The admin may also remove a product from the Algolia server.
- The removed products from the Algolia Server will not appear in the autocomplete/instant search results of this extension but will appear in the default search results by the complete name of that product.
