The CS-Cart Ask-A-Question Add-on will allow the customers to ask any queries regarding the respective product from the product page. The ask a question option is there on the product page that allows the user to register their query for that product. The admin can enable this feature for his CS-Cart store products. He also has the option to enter the email id where the customer queries emails will get delivered. The admin can also choose if the email should go to the product's respective seller as required. Also, if you want to have a set of frequently asked questions ready for consumption by the customer you can check the CS-Cart Frequently Asked Questions add-on(it needs to be purchased separately).
