Marketplace Buyer Seller Communication For Magento 2 - The Multi-Vendor Buyer Seller Communication module allows the creation of the communication link between the seller, admin, and customer. It helps the establishment of a marketplace that is closely connected. Thus, allowing easy receiving of the feedbacks, answering the queries, and much more. The customer can reach out to the seller via the "Contact Seller" link on the Product page or Seller's Profile ("Contact Seller" link). The admin can monitor the conversion between the seller and buyer. Thus, helping in the increment of customer loyalty.

This module is an add-on of the Magento2 Marketplace Module. To use this module you must have installed first Webkul's Magento2 Marketplace Module.

 Ask Query from Order Page

The seller can communicate with the customer directly to improvise the product or service.

 Guest customer connects

The extension allows the seller to connect with the customer that is not logged-in the system.

 Reminder Mail

Seller customers and admin will receive a notification mail in case of any transaction on the store.

The customer, seller, and admin can add files to the raised queries.

 Conversion History Record

The admin can view previous chats of the vendor's query

 Auto approval of query

The query raised by the customer can auto-approve for the seller to answer.

 Query Status

The seller and customer both can change the query status.

 Contact Seller via Seller Profile

The customer can contact the seller easily via the contact page.

What is the use of this module and why should I use it?

It’s obvious that the buyers are not very sure about the products and have many queries that they would like to ask before going for a purchase. Because they are buying the product online. Now here in this situation, using Magento 2 Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-on, you can eliminate this communication gap between the sellers and the buyers.

The buyers can directly ask the seller questions related to the product and the seller can respond to each query accordingly. This will also build a trust factor between the sellers and the buyers. Not only the registered users can have communication with the sellers, even the guest users can also send messages to the sellers.

Communication Links

The buyer can contact the seller for any queries through the 'Contact Seller' link on the product page or through the 'Mail Us' link on Seller's Profile page, or while viewing the conversation history in 'My Account' section.

Similarly, the admin can contact the customer via the Order section to send any sort of message to the customer. Thus, allowing in the establishment of a communication bridge between the customer, seller, and admin.

Communication History

Additionally, the admin can view the communication from the backend to monitor the activity in the store.

Email Notifications

The admin, seller, and customer all will receive the notification about the query on mail. However, it depends on the admin to allow the same.

Customer Query

The customer before or after checkout can contact the seller from multiple sections. This allows building a strong customer and seller relationship.

Additionally, the customer can also add attachment as proof of the statement stated in these sections.

  • Support Type of the query can be of Support, Presale, Technical, and Other.
  • Customers just like sellers can update the state of Query- Pending, Resolved or Closed.
  • Monitor the response rate of the query.

A must for any marketplace!
Having an in platform system for buyer and seller conversation is clearly a must for any marketplace, and webkul have delivered here bigtime. Other developers will charge $4,000 US dollars for the same customisation, and here it's a fraction of the cost and does everything it needs to do.
